icu2 Upgrade Information
The Original 'icu2' was the first, groundbreaking vehicle tracking unit in Nigeria. It introduced an awareness into fleet management technology for countless Fleet Managers in the West African region and was acknowledged as the leading technology in its time.
Often copied, its technology has never been quite equaled and it was solely designed and built by TRAXmap engineers for TRAKtag UK. But like all modern technology, in late 2004 the 'icu2' received a massive upgrade, and on 16 February 2005, its follow up, the 'echo' was officially released.
The 'icu2' unit was then discontinued and there are no more original 'icu2' units available on the market.
Designed as a straight forward upgrade to the 'icu2' units, the 'echo' has a host of exciting, additional features not found on the 'icu2' units. All users of TRAKtag 'icu2' units are offered a totally FREE upgrade to 'echo' standard to increase the performance of their units.

TRAXmap, our main supplier has agreed to carry out this work totally free of charge and to upgrade your 'icu2' unit, please click here and complete the attached form, after which you will be sent your password and access name for you to get full download from the TRAXmap website.
TRAKtag UK or your TRAKtag reseller is not able to carry out this upgrade. The upgrade is carried out remotely by a simple download of new software to your unit, and only after you access the download instructions. These download instructions and software are only available from the TRAXmap website.
